Legal things was founded by lawyer Andrea Cardinali, following a long and distinguished career at international law firms. There, he amassed extensive experience in commercial and corporate law, specialising in M&A transactions, venture capital, private equity, and commercial contracts. Andrea has assisted foreign investors in the acquisition and sale of shares and companies in the energy, cybersecurity, and new technology sectors, as well as supporting founders, business angels, and professional investors in seed and early-stage investment rounds in startups.
Andrea Cardinali, founding partner of Legalthings, is also an expert in commercial law, intellectual property, corporate criminal law, and civil law. He represents his clients in civil and criminal litigation, as well as in international arbitration. Graduating with honours in Law from Roma Tre University, Andrea is fluent in English.
